The River House – Green Studio

Studio of 24m2 available in a coliving house located in a bucolic setting along the Alzette in Polfermillen, a neighboring district of the Grund. The studio has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Couples are not accepted. A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a living room are also available for all roommates.

A bus stop is located a few minutes walk away and takes you to the train station and the city. You can also walk to the Grund in 10 minutes and to the city or to the train station in 15 minutes.

Rent: 1350 euros + 230 euros per month (includes cleaning lady once a week, internet, electricity, heating, water, etc.).
Guarantee: 2 months rent.
Agency fee: 1 month’s rent.
