“Joseph” is a 95 m2 apartment, fully equipped, located on the 3rd floor in the Luxembourg-Gare district. It will host from mid-April 2022 a shared apartment with 3 available rooms.

This 15 m2 room is located on the courtyard side and has a double bed and bedding, a separate shower, a large dressing room, a desk and decorations. Joseph is also composed of a kitchen open to a living room, a large shared bathroom as well as a separate toilet. It is rented fully equipped (furniture, washing machine, TV screen, kitchen utensils, etc…) with internet and the passage of a cleaning lady once a week. Lease of 6 months renewable by tacit renewal.
