Room of 23 m2 available in a shared house located in a bucolic setting along the Alzette in Polfermillen, a neighboring district of Grund.

The house is composed of 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 studios totally independent. The bedroom is fully equipped and has a 140×200 bed with good bedding, a small living room, a dressing room and a large desk. This room has an independent bathroom. An equipped kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a living room are available for all the flatmates.

A bus stop is located at a few minutes walk and takes you to the train station and to the city. You can also walk 10 minutes along a bucolic walkway to the Grund and 15 minutes to the city or to the train station area.

Rent: 1200 euros + 225 euros charges (includes cleaning lady once a week, internet, electricity, heating, water, etc…).
Guarantee: 2 months of rent.
Agency fee: 1 month rent.
